Channel Marketing is the method of marketing a product or service through a network of resellers, potentially including distributors, wholesalers and/or retailers. This is commonly referred to as an “indirect” business model, i.e. the manufacturer or vendor does not sell its products directly to its customers, instead relying on its channel partners to do the selling.
